It was a season of winter everyone who stay live and work away from their home was come to their home to celebrate the biggest festival Tihar ( Deepawali ) also called the festival of light This year's Tihar was also different from the previous ones as the Maoists called for ceasefire & so many people came to the village as the peace was restoring .In the meantime, a small group of youth decided to do something different this time. Vivek,Shiva,Vishnu,Ajit,Archana,Sita,Radha and so on decided to play Vailo (singing dancing in people home and they give some money as blessing; it is one of the oldest traditions of Nepal and there is no bound of religion and caste ) and the money collected from that programme was thought to be used for some welfare work, Thus the Social Mobilization Group was came into existence. 
Social Mobilization Group( S.M.G) is a non profitable social organization dedicated to providing health, education and love in a safe environment for the poor,needy,orphaned and abandoned children of Nepal . And each also planning to work in the field of economic decelopment of people of the rural areas.
